Zero Emissions Freight Academy

The Climate Pledge and C40 launched Laneshift, a partnership to tackle carbon emissions through zero-emission freight by reimagining medium and heavy-duty shipping vehicles and routes they travel. The Zero Emission Freight Academy in India can serve as a powerful catalyst, uniting diverse stakeholders to collaboratively explore pathways that facilitate and accelerate the Zero Emission Freight Transition. The Academy aims to facilitate meaningful stakeholder engagement, generate productive policy discussions resulting in specific proposals, and identify priorities for reducing emissions from freight transport. It also seeks to enable extensive knowledge sharing and learning sessions, allowing stakeholders to gain valuable insights and share best practices for sustainable freight solutions.
