Bharat Zero Emission Trucking (ZET) Policy Advisory Launch

The Office of the Principal Scientific Adviser (PSA) recently launched the "Bharat Zero Emission Trucking (ZET) Policy Advisory" at Vigyan Bhawan Annexe, New Delhi. This advisory outlines 30 strategic policy interventions aim to accelerate the deployment of Zero-Emission Trucks (ZETs) across India. These interventions are categorized into five key areas – incentives, regulations, infrastructure, business and financing, and stakeholder-centric initiatives – marking a significant milestone for the freight sector.
