e-FAST India, an initiative administered by NITI Aayog, Government of India, targets the decarbonisation of road freight in India.
Since its launch on September 7, 2022, the platform has made significant strides in fostering a conducive environment for zero-emission truck (ZET) deployment.
The e-FAST Summit 2024 celebrates two years of progress in promoting zero-emission freight transport. This summit will bring together industry leaders, policymakers, and experts to share insights, strengthen collaboration, and shape a cleaner, greener future for India.
The e-FAST Summit 2024 will advance a strategic and actionable roadmap to accelerate ZET adoption in India, advancing us toward a more sustainable freight transport system.
Discussions will focus on how national, state, and local governments can implement policy solutions such as targeted incentives, grid planning, and infrastructure development to coordinate efforts across the e-truck ecosystem.
